This is a plain black cummerbund by Gieves & Hawkes, for a classic formal evening look.
Details:
The label inside is marked Gieves & Hawkes of Savile Row, made in Great Britain. There are two small pockets at the inside front. The exterior black fabric and the white lining are probably made of silk. There are 2 pieces of Velcro sewn at each end for fastening.
