Vintages 1980's Strapless Cocktail Dress - Size 14

This is a wonderful 1980s knee-length cocktail/party dress with rainbow embroidery on the bodice. Designed by Berketex Occasions.

Details:

The dress has a lightly boned velvet bodice that is fully lined and a zip at the back. It has sweetheart neckline and a dropped waistline with 6 ruffled flower like appliques that have been edged in rainbow-coloured thread. The skirt's wavy hem has been finished with the same thread as the bodice, there are 2 layers of twill netting between the skirt and lining of the dress giving the skirt a nice voluminous effect.
